If the DropCap-bit in style.effects is set and yadvance is > 0, scaleH/V, x/yoffset and xadvance are modified to scale the glyphs to this height. Otherwise yadvance is set to the max ascender of all generated glyphs. It scales according to smallcaps and sets xadvance to the advance width without kerning. If more than one glyph is generated, kerning is included in all but the last xadvance.
